Eptify exists to close the gap between what research shows about learning and what organisations actually do. We believe that evidence-based practice isn’t just for academics — it’s for every teacher, trainer, and leader who wants to make learning work.
From the Greek episteme (ἐπιστήμη) — genuine knowledge, as distinct from opinion. The -ify suffix signals transformation: turning research into understanding.
Jim Fuller — Founder & Director

Jim Fuller has spent over a decade at the intersection of education and corporate learning — working with leading publishers, international institutions, and L&D teams across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia.
His experience spans classroom teaching, large-scale training design, and organisational learning strategy. He has developed and delivered workshops, webinars, and learning programmes for educators and professionals at every level — from frontline teams to senior leadership.
Jim holds a Master’s degree in professional development within learning organisations, alongside a range of specialist qualifications in training and education. His practice is grounded in research and shaped by years of work at the front line of how people and organisations actually learn.
Eptify is the product of that career: a consultancy built on the conviction that learning works better when it’s grounded in what the research actually shows.
